Additionally, Edward has over 15 years of property management experience and is a Certified Apartment Manager. He is experienced in both property management and Income producing purchases. He has also helped many long time renters make the transition to becoming homeowners.
Outside of real estate, Edward takes pride in his involvement in Boy Scouts; helping troop members develop leadership skills and provide community service. In his free time, Eddie enjoys the many perks of living in beautiful Southern California; sailing, hiking and camping to name a few.
